Let’s stop digging a grave with our teeth.

That statement is not about size or weight. You can be any size
and eat crappy food that affects your health and mind in a negative
way. It’s better to be proactive and prevent high blood pressure, high
cholesterol, diabetics, cancer, and heart disease. You do that by the
foods you allow in your body. Some diseases happen to us no matter
how healthy our life is, it’s in our genes. But, many times we can
recover or live with the disease better when we have been proactive. You and I know many people’s quality of life affected why these
diseases and many who have died from these diseases.
